(SIR:TSX-V) announces it has granted an aggregate 1,320,000 stock options to acquire common shares of Serengeti at a price of $0.07 per share to directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to its stock option plan. The options shall be exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.
