David W. Moore, P. Geo.

President, CEO and Director

Mr. Moore joined Serengeti in 2004 and since that time, has lead a team that has raised over $35 million in exploration funds and discovered two significant mineral deposits. This success was recognized by AMEBC co-awarding him the prestigious 2010Prospector of the Year, for the Kwanika discovery. Prior to joining Serengeti, Mr. Moore had a 30-year career with Teck Ltd., a major mining company, where he participated in the discovery and delineation of mineral deposits in several countries. He brings experience and expertise ranging from grassroots prospecting to international exploration, business management and development, as well as a proven ability to recognize exploration targets of high potential and transform them into successful projects.

Ian D. Brown, CPA CA

Director

Ian Brown is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 35 years experience as a financial executive in the mineral exploration industry. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in public company governance and major transactions, including asset and corporate acquisitions and divestitures, and graduation to senior exchanges.

Lewis Lawrick, B.Comm.

Director

Mr. Lawrick is the President and CEO of Brionor Resources Inc., as well as Managing Director of Thorsen-Fordyce Merchant Capital Inc., a private Toronto-based merchant banking company focused principally in the resource and raw materials sector. Mr. Lawrick has extensive executive management experience in the mining and mineral exploration sector, and has held several positions in the private investment sector. Mr. Lawrick is a director of several public mining development and exploration companies.

George Tikkanen, B. Eng.

Director

Mr. Tikkanen brings to Serengeti more than 40 years of exploration, mine development and mining operational experience, including more than 30 years at the corporate and board level. He retired from Cominco Ltd. as Vice President Exploration and was also President of Cominco Resources International Limited, a publically listed company from its inception in 1987 until 1995. He oversaw the discovery or acquisition of many gold and base metal deposits and his experience includes several mine development projects and responsibility for the management of a number of underground and open-pit mines in several countries. Mr. Tikkanen has been a director of a number of other natural resource companies.

Wendell Zerb, B.Sc. P.Geo.

Board Advisor

Mr. Zerb has over 30 years combined work experience in mining, mineral exploration / development, and capital markets.  His technical experience includes senior positions in generative mineral exploration, development and open pit and underground mining of base and precious metals.  In capital markets, Mr. Zerb previously served as Director, Research Analyst, Metals and Mining (Canaccord Genuity Inc.), Vice President of Research and Institutional Sales and President and CEO of a wholly owned US subsidiary (PI Financial).  Most recently, Mr. Zerb was President and CEO of Exeter Resource Corp.  During his tenure at Exeter, Mr. Zerb directed the re-engineering development program of the Caspiche gold-copper deposit in Northern Chile.  Exeter was successfully purchased in an all share takeover, valued at approximately $250 million, by Goldcorp Inc. in June 2017.  Mr. Zerb is a registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers, and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Sheri Rempel

CFO

Ms. Rempel has more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience. She joined Serengeti in the role of Controller in 2007. Ms. Rempel started her career with public companies in 2001 and currently provides senior financial and advisory services to Canadian private and public corporations, acting in officer or Controller capacities.

Pamela White

Corporate Secretary

Ms. White has over 25 years experience in the TSX Venture Exchange industry, working as a senior securities legal assistant for over 15 years.  Ms. White joined Serengeti as Corporate Secretary in 2006.  She currently provides corporate compliance and regulatory filing consulting services to Canadian private and public corporations, acting as Corporate Secretary.

Michael Thicke, M.Sc., P. Geo

Principal Consulting Geologist

Mr. Thicke has 30 years of global exploration experience, with expertise in porphyry copper systems. He has extensive experience in porphyry exploration in North and South America and Asia. He was a key member of the Rio Algom team that discovered the large-scale Spence porphyry copper deposit in 1998. Mr. Thicke also has precious metal experience in North and South America and Mexico. Up until April 2008, Mr. Thicke was a senior member of BHP Billiton's Global Porphyry Exploration group, leading teams in the exploration and evaluation of porphyry copper deposits. He has been VP of Exploration and Director at Candente Copper Corp. since November 2013.
